Road to Damascus is a mobile game developed by Gregory Palmer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game collects, how that information is used, and how users can contact us about privacy-related questions or data deletion requests.

Location Data

Road to Damascus uses GPS/location data to support location-based gameplay. The game uses the player's location to update the player's position in the game world, generate nearby map content, and support interactions with in-game objects and locations.

The app uses location data only while the app is open. It does not use location data in the background.

Location data may be stored on the user's device and may also be sent to a server or database to support gameplay features, saved progress, and location-based game systems.

We do not sell location data. We do not share location data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Game Progress Data

Road to Damascus saves game progress, including gameplay state, player progress, inventory, discovered areas, settings, and other information needed to continue gameplay.

This data may be stored both locally on the user's device and online through a server or database.

Crash and Diagnostic Data

If the user allows it, the app may collect crash reports, diagnostic logs, or performance information. This information is used to identify bugs, improve app stability, and maintain game performance.

Account Information

Road to Damascus does not currently require users to create an account. The app does not currently collect usernames, email addresses, passwords, or display names for account login purposes.

Road to Damascus does not currently include multiplayer, chat, guilds, trading, friend lists, public messaging, or other player-to-player communication features.

Users cannot currently upload or create public content through the app.

Road to Damascus is intended for users ages 13 and older. The app is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Game data may be retained as long as needed to provide gameplay functionality, maintain saved progress, operate the game, comply with legal obligations, or resolve technical issues.

User data may be retained until the user requests deletion.

Please include enough information in the request for us to identify the relevant game data. We may need to verify the request before deleting data.
